Hi,
Please advise. My son is 8 yrs old, very active but has had 2 occurances where he wakes up and cannot walk for nearly a week. He describes the pain similar to pain after having leg cramps. He can't walk because of the pain when he bends his foot upwards and the pain is mostly at the calf area. But the pain gradually reduces and my only remedy is neurofen or brufen (painkiller) with hot showers and heat oitments...some additonal info, my son doesn't eat veggies or fruits...
