week late period, cramping and spotting...pregnant?

I need Help also, Ive always had normal periods since I was 13, I am 19 now, very very healthy I might add. Me and my Boyfriend are trying to get pregnant, and heres my story- Last normal period I had was Dec 13, 2007 heavy bleeding for about 5-6 days the next expected date was suppose to be january 9th but came jan 11 but spotted for 1.5 days and went away completely, then my next expected period came a week late which it was normal in the day lengths it was jus not my usual period because it was light(2pads a day light)( my normal period i would have to chang every 45mins)anyway I took 3 pregnancy test all negative and I went to the emergency room to make sure there was any other medical issues- well long story short they said I was perfectly healthy and that some women jus have irregular periods, nah you think and gave me this paper that basically explained what an irregular period was-could this not have happened at more convnient time? So what I want to is what makes a normal period go irregular, I dont take any type of meds I eat the same and like I said I am Perfectly healthy, does having an irregular period makes it harder to get pregnant?

I work at a clinic and I often see ladies come in with symptoms of a pregnancy indeed they are not pregnant but have a bladder infection or SDT's so always get tested

I am 21 years old and having the same issues... I am on birth control and have been for 5-6 years now. I missed my period with absolutly no symptoms at all and now four weeks later and expecting my period and now i have spotting but not a full flow of a period but i am cramping really bad as if i am getting my period. i have taken 4 pregnancy tests and each one has come back negative but i am getting really worried that something is not right. i am afraid to tell my mom or make a doctors appointment. does anyone have any advice for me or hopeful words of encouragement to get me past this?

hi im 19 years old. Im currtently on birthcontrol. And i missed ond day and me and my fiance had intercourse and he came inside of me . Im spotting and it will come and go . im cramping like im gonna go on my period but i havent had it . My breasts are heavier and sore . i dont know what to do i feel nasuses all the time and tired as well.. can some one help me ? ive taken a test and it came out (-) and ive been craving as well im i pregnant ?
