hello i am a male 20 yrs, 6'3, 175lbs. i was wondering i have never got into lifting and have just recently picked it up. i have been working out upperbody the last 2 weeks and bike everyday. i was wondering if anone has any workout schedule that would help me get sculpted by summer...im thinking more along the lines of a "300" workout plan. im mostly worried about total upper body
