weight lose and sexual health

Hi!
problem#1:
I am 27 years old.i have many problems like my breast size is different.My right side breast is big and looking fuller rather my left size braest is small not too much but when carefully seen both are looking imbalance whar easy and herbal remedy is?
problem#2:
I am very careful abt my body.two days before i noticed that my weight is gainning.however before two days i noticed i am getting smart. i am doing work in my home and i am not a fond of eating.i have a constipation and piles problem.also i have ulcer.why my weight is gainning.Did you suggest some test which clearify my condition.is this homonal problem.I am very much worried abt that.My abdominal and thights are look faty.Specially my tummy lower and upper areas are looking big.means my stomach area and lower the tummy button area look big.I felt heavyness after every meal ,even it is very small in portion.If i felt hunger at that time my tummy is looking and feeling like full.means every time my tummy is looking or feeling full.i am looking 4 months pregnant.plz help me.and one thing more plz answer me and help me.reply me at this address:
