I'm about 135 pounds, 5'8, I'm not overweight, just have some extra flab in the butt, stomach, and hips/upper legs.

I'm wondering what cardio exercises I should be focusing on, and for how long in order to lose fat.

I'm also wondering about weight exercises to tone my body.

Eating habits?

Thanks
