I heard that tea drinking may be effective in weight loss program. Do you know something about that? I have problems with overweight, but don’t want to use synthetic productions. If you heard about weight loss tea, please post. Thank you in advance!
I drink green tea every morning. I even stopped drinking coffee. I may say that it’s really helpful. And it also contains powerful antioxidants which are very important for immune system. I heard that it’s also glucose regulator. It’s magic for me. Green tea is very healthy and increases metabolism at the same time.
