| wow never heard of that before, but eating that and not changing your eating habits is not going to make you lose any weight, the real secret about losing weight is changing your eating habits and putting more protein in your system, if you eat right (I prefer only eating natural stuff like fruits and vegetables and a lot of water) then you will lose weight no matter if you excersise or not, and wat ever everone says, you can still get a 6 pack just by doing 3 sets of 15 situps, you don't need to go crazy on the whole thing, it all depends on what you eat... |
