Hi Kristie, l dont know if you have asked this question before, but l answered a very similar question. Darling their is no average weight for any age group. Your weight depends on many things, family history, height, many things. Like I said before, dont look at magazines and judge yourself off pictures, they are not real. I dont just think that magazines make people feel that they are inadequate, l know they do!!!
Try to have lots of fresh food like vegetables and fruit, limit your junk food , and get excercise even if it is only walking, 3o minutes a day. Your body will love you , and you will love your body, stay away from drinks like coke and pepsi, and drink water. See what happens if you do this, but dont stress about what you weigh |
