Well, you could try going to a doctor, if you haven't seen one.

Also, I do know that homeopathy has treatments for hypo- and hyperthyroidism, as well as sexual dysfunctions. You can try that.

Other than seeing a professional, I wouldn't recommend doing something on your own, since thyroid disorders are very delicate.
