Hi, hoping you guys can help.
I'm 43, been going to the dr regularly, have had a colonoscopy about 4 years ago, had my gallbladder removed. Dr.s say everything looks good, but my bowels sure do not feel like it!!
The other day I passed what appeared to be really dark green peas in my bowel, and I'm thinking to myself "What the heck" because I do not eat peas. Someone has told me these are almost like a gall stone or liver stone, has anyone heard of this??
And what do you guys think of bowel cleansing or liver cleansing. Since the dr.s say my health is fine I wonder if this would help with the aggravating instead of pain, pain that I have (if that makes any sense).
