Too embarassed to ask doctor. I have anemia off and on for years, sometimes when I eat (more often these days) I feel like I am choking and throw up. This happens with fruit, meat, tuna etc. I now have been having first small hard marble like bowel movements and now, very narrow and flat on one side, sometims on both. I have had a colonoscopy, my stomach checked, and these things are normal. I feel unbelieveable fatigue , do have thyroid auto immune disorder.
