weird crampy bloating pains, feels like bladder swollen but achy all over abdomen

the first time I felt this way I was on my honeymoon and it practically ruined if for me. I've figured out that this happens a couple of days before I ovulate. at first I thought it was UTI's but then Dr. diagnosed my w/endometriosis and old appendectomy scarring and I had surgery. This was more than a yr. and 1/2 ago. Anyone know what is is? It is very uncomfortable, like I just want to press on my ovaries/abdomen area...nothing helps it feel better. It will last about a week at times.
Kind of feels like I have to go pee all the time and like my bladder is swollen too? Dr. doesn't know what it could be...

I hope you have found an answer to your problem, but the symptoms you are explaining sound a lot like IC. I was diagnosed in Jan '07. Go to a urologist. I hope its not IC and something that can be cured, but its better to know then live in a painful mystery.
