the first time I felt this way I was on my honeymoon and it practically ruined if for me. I've figured out that this happens a couple of days before I ovulate. at first I thought it was UTI's but then Dr. diagnosed my w/endometriosis and I had surgery. This was more than a yr. and 1/2 ago. Anyone know what is is? It is very uncomfortable, like I just want to press on my ovaries/abdomen area...nothing helps it feel better. It will last about a week at times.

I had similar symptoms -- you may have a cyst on your ovary and/or a UTI. I would definitely get a pelvic exam for your own piece of mind and to see what's going on. Good luck!
