I would like to consult you about my husband's medical problem. He is 47 years old and he has been complaining on some weird feeling in testicles and rectum. He urinates more often then he usually does, and yet he does not feel that he has emptied his bladder (that is how he explained it to me).

Your husband is in age when he could develop some serious problem with prostate. This could be followed by higher temperature (sometimes not) and with burning while urinating. Your husband needs a medical examination and some other test that would exclude some more dangerous conditions such as tumors (both benign and malign). Then hw will receive a proper therapy that will help him with his problems.
