weird feeling on my left testical

Hi,

3 years ago I've had a pretty bad cold and had a very high fewer for about a week.Then i realized that my left testical got swollen and had a little pain for about 2 weeks.I also realized that some very small nodules like 3 or 4 of them on my left testicle.I went to a doctor and had ultrasonography.He said my blood vessels on the left side got larger from normal size but he also said it's nothing that i should worry about.He also said i don't need any medication.I felt relaxed a bit but that strange feeling never gone.It was like something in there but can't explain what it is.After seeing the doc.a year passed and that strange feeling replaced with a little pain again on the left side.I went to the same doc.He examined one more time and said i don't have any cancer or something but there's no medication he can prescribe beacuse there was no diagnosis.It's been over a year now since i went to this doc but still i have little pain sometimes and there's this feeling that i can't describe that i feel a discomfort on the left side.I know that's a weird situation but could you suggest me anything ?

yes ive got the same thing on my left testical but its like little shocks i normally put deep heat on them it helps Idea
