Hi,

I have this weird feeling on the right side of my head by blood pressuse is 130/85 I am trying to loose weight and this is through my doctor but this morning I woke to what I can only call an explosion in my head the weird feeling went after a few minutes but its back again somethings it feels like I am light headed can you tell me whats rong please
