went off pill, period late, cloudy pee and very sensitive nipples

Hi, I am 18 and went off the pill (estrostep) a little over a month ago. i have had a little bit of unprotected sex with my boyfriend, but he never ejaculates inside me, we then use a condom since i have gone off the pill. My period is about almost 2 weeks late now and I have been experiencing first a few cramps, which were there for about a day in the 1st week of missing my period, then i noticed cloudy urine for a few days so far, and for 2 days now I have been experiencing ultra sensitive nipples which are much larger than usual when erect and painful to touch. I have never had such sensitive nipples when on the pill. I have heard that going off the pill may make your period a little late since your bosy has to adjust, but I have been off the pill previously and this did not happen. Are these signs of pregnancy? I have no sti's other than mild case of cervical displasia(hpv), which I have had for about 1 year. advice please!!!
