I had a kidney stone and that was really awful experience for me. It’s was very painful and don’t want to it happen me again. Give me some advice, please! What helps to prevent kidney stones? My mother told me that I just should continue to drink a lot of water. Is it enough? Thanks!

Your mother has right. You need to drink at least 2 quarts daily. That’s the most important thing that you should do. But also try to avoid gasified drinks. And about eating recommendations, that’s depending upon the type of kidney stones. You need to know what the cause of kidney stone forming is.
