what' ging with me??? my period is only present when i wipe

i had my tubes ties 11 years ago and i am 38 i thought i had my period but it is only there when i wipe very little on my pad. Started out brown color and now it is bright red, with mild cramps & lower back pian. I getting more drowsy and feel light headed at times! I took a pregnacy test and it came out negative!!!!! what can be going on????? Confused this has been going on for 15 days now!!
