what about these symptoms of the spine

My spine is deteriorated. I've had neck fusion last August..that relieved pinched nerves there. !8 yrs ago I had spinal fusion L4 to L6. Needs done again. BUT....what I'm experiencing now is: UNBEARABLE pain, feels like being stabbed & also feels like there is "lump" or ball size feeling of a "lump" on the left side of my thoracic spine, just above the bra line. This pain gets so intense & causes (seems like with every movement I make now) a hot flush that starts in my back and extends into my face , head & upper extremeties with such force that my body actually feels like it is on fire & that I am going to burn up at any second!Sweat just pours & my husband & I both can almost wring the water out of my gown. I hardly ever dress or go anywhere due to this. I have to turn a fan on high & stand there until I begin to shake from the cold so that I can get any relief!
