Hello, folks. My neighbor is obsessed with herbs and plants. I saw her using some alfala sprouts. I didn’t know this could be use in some medical purposes. I would like to know what alfala sprouts are good for. I would appreciate if someone could reply me. Thanks in advance. Bye!

Hello to you too. Alfalfa has been used traditionally. It has been used like tea or diet supplements. It is great for appetite increasing and bowel movements. It is also recommendable for diabetes and arthritis. However, it is not recommended for people with lupus. It can provoke such a disease. I suggest you to consult with an herbalist or a pharmacist. They should know the details. I hope I’ve helped.
