How can i loses my virginity without goin through as much pain as people do. Are der any drugs to take for nervousness? Are der any excersises that can reduce d pain and make my hymen more flexible and easier to go thrrough? i know im askin too much already. I just made up my mind to have sex with my 6months old bf and i want to knw al dis things b4 i tell him. thanks so much pls i need as much replies as i can get. no knowledge is wasted. Laughing

I don't know anything that's specified for what your concerned about, but according to my own experience it wasn't that painful at all. Then again it varies from perosn to person, so I cannot guarantee anything. But most importantly of all, remember to use protection!!! I'm telling you, the feeling of thinking you MIGHT be pregnant afterwards is the worst thing to go through... so don't put yourself through that and be safe. Gluck =)

i suggest lubrication...and try not to be so tense..cause if you tense up it will only hurt worse...

but all girls are different, sometimes it hurts..sometimes it doesnt.

best advice I would give is take your time.. you need to feel completley relaxed and ok about what your doing.. if your relaxed and calm it doesn't really hurt that much.. if your stressed and tensed up and worried, you may want to leave going all the way a little while.
there are other things you can do to make love, without haveing full penetration.

If you are planning to go all the way though.. use protection, find out where your local family planning clinic is (they give free condoms and advice)
