Help! I have terrible sunburns all over my legs, face, stomach and arms. I have been on vacation with my family. While my wife was in the water with the kids I was asleep on the beach. It did not take long only about half an hour. They have waked me up and at first everything was OK. Then the redness started. Now it hurts a lot and I can't sleep. What are good remedies for sunburns?

I know how hard it is. It can last for a long time. There are many good remedies that can help you. You can use essential oils, herbs and folks medicine. Also you can use aloe Vera but remember that you must use it only in combination with vitamin E because aloe Vera itself is drying the skin. You can use vinegar, yogurt, tea bags and ice, yellow mustard etc.
