| Hello there. My sister was diagnosed with allergy 2 months ago. After a series of tests, it was proved that she is allergic to many substances. Doctor recommended many medicaments for her therapy, but we are thinking of trying with natural remedies for her condition. What are natural remedies for allergies? |

| There are many ways of fighting the allergy without the use of standard medicaments. Appropriate diet without substance that causes the allergy would be the first method. On a second place, we have natural remedies such as vitamins, minerals, grapeseed extract, omega 3 acids, coenzyme Q10 and many other. With proper care she can easily eliminate bad effects of her allergy. |

* Green tea is known to relieve allergies.
* Use honey for almost anything you can, usually it is used for sweetening green tea.
* Chamomile tea is also a very good and popular remedy for allergies.
* Garlic can be used to relief allergy; you can cook with it or smash it to little pieces, add honey and water and drink it.
* Take a root of Ginger, crush it and mix it up with boiling water, wait a few minutes and then drink it.
* Squeeze half a lime in lukewarm water, mix it up with honey and drink it up. Try this once a day for a month.
* A few drops of castor oil in a glass of orange juice would do wonders to your allergies. |
