what are reflexology zones?

Hi, I am 34 years old female and I have found very interesting article in newspapers about reflexology. It' been written that reflexology may relieve someone's pain by massaging zone on the feet, palms or ears. It sounds very interesting so I decide to find out more about it. I would like to know what reflexology zones are.

Hi, reflexology is old treatment which is based on the zones which are representing organs. Human feet, according to this theory, are like a map of organs and if you press some points on the feet you will make positive effect on particular organ. When you press these zones you are activating circulation in these organs. If some of these point is painful it means that organ do not function well.
