Hi i have a ten year old son. I have been taking him to the dr. for some time now. He is and has been on medication for ADD. But his symptoms seem to be increasing. He was tested for the gifted program two years ago with which he missed by 12 points. last year his grades started dropping and now this year he is failing. He has several tics and makes severeal different noises. Simple common sence things he struggles with. like things that go in the ice box he puts in the dish cabinet. You ask him for something you have to spell it out and he can not handel more than one task at a time. His dr. told me that he has toretts so what my question is does touretts cause symptoms other than just tics and noices. And how is this going to affect him the rest of his life. Thank You
