My sister has problems with her back. It hurts a lot and she is walking with difficulty. Regrettably she is too stubborn to go to the doctor. I can't force her but I am afraid for her. Our father had the spinal tumor when we were just the kids. Maybe my sister has it too. What are symptoms of spinal tumors?

It doesn't mean that she has inherited the tumor. We don't know why it occurs so we don't know can it be inherited. The most common symptoms are pain in the back which is more intensive by night and it doesn't go away when she rest. Numbness of the arms and legs is also present in tumors. If the tumor is in the low or medium area of the back then chest pain can occur.
