what are the chances of becoming pregnant if my husband ejaculated inside of me twice on my first most fertile day?

you can't really put a percentage on it as it depends on so many things...like the health of his sperm, your eggs, the alkalinaty of your vagina...ect ect. Although...in the grand scheme of things the chances are rather good as long as you are both fertile and everything was healthy....at least 25% of all fertilizations fail in the first few weeks usually due to a gentic error in those particular eggs/sperms...(everyone has a little error somewhere) and this is why a lot of couples don't get pregnant immediately when they start trying...but a lot do...So, good luck. You got about 2-3 weeks until you will know...its a long wait but if you do your best to keep busy it goes fast. Smile[/i]
