what are the negative effects of the doctor bernstein diet on teenagers

Hey 
Just out of interest, do you have diabetes?
If you've looked into Dr Bernstein's diet you'll notice that it involves weekly injections and is a VERY strict diet.

I'm not sure on it's effects on teenage girls but would advise you be completely sure you commit to this if you REALLY think it's necessary.
