Female impotence is very hard to treat, especially with medications because the problem is not just physical like in most men but rather mental. While there are Viagra and Cialis for male problems, there are no such drugs for women for already mentioned reasons.

A woman who has impotence problems should be evaluated by GP first and if everything seems to be in order should be referred to a psychiatrist to see if behavioral therapy may help.

Female impotence is less talked about, there are less experts a woman could turn to and it is harder to approach, so many women stay in the dark because of this.

Female impotence is defined as a condition characterized by diminished interest in sex,
inability to reach orgasm, vaginal dryness, no clitoral response, etc
