im a 24 year old female never had sex so just a year ago i got married and had sex but ever time i would have sex never had an orgasim no matter how long it last so can you please tell if this is normal an what can i do ifeel useless

You need to know that a penis being into a vagina isn’t good enough for women as it is for men. There are very little nerve endings in the vagina itself, but on the other hand there are many on clitoris. So, clitoris is the main character in a female’s story. It needs to be stimulated both before and also during sex. If your husband can’t stimulate your clitoris during an intercourse, then you should try it for yourself. What is your husband like in bed? Do you have foreplay? Does he pay attention to your needs or just his? All of this means a lot! Also, do you feel comfortable during sex with him? I have been with three guys so far and it was different with all of them. In one relationship I gave more, in another they, but for me the most important thing is to trust a guy and feel comfortable especially if he is your first.
Does he know about your problem? Maybe you could try different approaches or even stimulants or sex toys or something. Do you have orgasms when you masturbate?
