i had sex jus iver 2 weeks ago and think i may be pregnant just wondering what signs there is that i could tell i had sex the day my periods ended and latley i have been feeling sick but not throwing up or anything and been light headed and faint please help

can someone please help, my girlfriend is in the same position, and there are no other ways to get rid of a early pregnancy right? its only been one week
