i'll give you a few i know of. just remember, every body is different but i think they'll work for you.

pillow masterbation: sounds kind of weird, huh? well at first it was for me. just grab a pillow, relax and think about sex. you can stradle it (be on top) or you can lay flat on your back. either way you just hump it.
