| Hi, I started cycling a couple of months ago. My friend persuaded me to take that step since he has been cycling for two years now and the results are great. The thing is, his results are much better then mine. He can cycle much faster and longer then me. I know that he has been cycling much more then me, but even when he was starting out he was better. Why are my results so poor? Do you have any experience with cycling? What were your results when you started? |

| Hi, it's great you started cycling. That's one of the healthiest sports in the world. Its effects should be visible very fast. Your general wellbeing will improve as well as your mental health. The progress varies from man to man. If you were inactive before it will take some time to shape up. When I first started cycling my results were not that great. It was frustrating to see that everyone that cycled with me was developing much faster. However, in time I caught up with them. So, don't worry. Continue cycling and the results will be there. |
