| Hello, folks. A good friend of mine gave birth to a baby several days ago. However, it seems that there was a certain birth trauma. I am wondering what possible consequences can be of this birth trauma. I would really appreciate if anyone could answer me this. Thanks in advance. Bye! |

| Hello. Consequences of birth trauma can be immediate and severe. On the other hand, they can be hidden and need years to manifest. Some of the most serious problems are: injuries of spinal cord and brain stem, bleeding and swelling of the brain, breathing problems, even a sudden infant death. Other problems can appear much later. Some of them are: learning disabilities, headaches, certain palsies, immune problems, vision and hearing problems, etc. I hope your friend's baby won't have any consequences. Please, let me know how it goes. I hope I've helped. Bye! |
