I experienced chest muscle spasm. I don’t know what caused it. I am worried that spasm can cause heart attack. I am 54 year old, male. Can anyone tell me?

Well, you should exam your self. A muscle spasm of any group of muscles can be most uncomfortable, even painful and it is defined as a sudden involuntary muscular contraction. These contractions can occur in a number of circumstances, and it is very important that check with your physician. Chest pain that you experienced could be connected with your heart condition. You should do EKG of the chest.
