I am woman of 32years I had my first child through cesearian operation aside that am a bit fat. Now aq year after delievering my child I discover my hips has enlarged and with fat deposit also my tommy is too big for my likening What can i do to slim down and look fit outside drug

Ok, so you wanna get into some better shape? Its very very simple.. Written down. You basically need to cut the crap outta your diet like sweets, crisps etc. Eat more fruit and veg daily; swap white bread for brown bread. AND THEN EXCERCISE. Exercise until you sweat like a teenage boy watching Jordan on the beach;-)
