Fitness, yoga, pilates, running, body building, there are so many ways for us to shape our body, and become healthy. Which one is right one for me? what do you think about winsor pilates? I heard that it is not hard at all, and that you could do it anywhere, anytime. Is that right?

Yes, you are correct. I am practicing winsor pilates and let me tell you, it does work. First of all, only three times a week, and each session lasts for no more than 20 minutes. Great, is it not? Easy exercises, developed in that manner that they give maximum results for the practitioners in a very short time. Since it is based on pilates, it is also available to older people and those who are in rehabilitation program. If you don't know what activity to choose, ask me. I have no doubt!
