no, pregnant women do not ovulate, as pregnancy hormones switch off ovulation. I believe high progesterone levels (and later HCG) are responsible for switching off ovulation during pregnancy.
Cervical fluid usually becomes thicker after ovulation, and if conception has taken place it may become thicker still, but I believe it can vary a lot from person to person.
