There are many possible causes of cloudy urine and only an urologist could figure out what the matter is after performing urinalyses. It would be best if you made an appointment with your GP who will refer you to an urologist if s/he finds it necesarry.
Cloudy urine could be indicating blood or proteins in the urine. Some of the causes could be as simple as drinks and foods that could change the color or consistency of the urine but others could be far more dangerous like kidney problems, prostatitis (if you are male), kidney stones, UTI, Cystitis, gonorrhea, abnormal vaginal discharge (if you are female), etc
I wouldn’t wait too long if I were you as bacterial infections could travel from lower urinary tract to the upper and infect kidneys if they haven’t already. |
