what drug do i take please

Please for sometime now have been having abdominal pain with backache, abnormal discharge in my vaginal, even i just finish my mensturation and is so dark, dirty and smelling even some thinck dark blood was coming out of me during my mensturation i have used antibiotics but it will not go. even i use to feel itching at times and whenever am seeing my period i always have boils eithers on my face or ontop of my vaginal and i also normally feel internal heat so advice me on what drugs to take cause i have taken different types of antibiotics and its seems not to work. of recent my partner gave me a drugs recommended by a doctor when he was treated but still the same please i need your help and confused and i dont feel comfortable. Sad

You would be best to go and see a doctor. You're doctor can recommend medicine specific to your needs. It's better to have a little discomfort now, in regards to embarrasment with a doctor, then to not have yourself fixed up and to feel physically yucky.
