Please explain me what circumsized penis means. I am 14 years old girl and would like to be better informed. Why do some people do that and other don’t? Is there a big difference between circumsized and non csd penis?

Circumcised penis is one in which the foreskin was removed by surgery. This procedure is done in infant males only. It was devised as a means of preventing masturbation. Today it is still done in some parts of the world in religious reasons. Most Christians no longer practice circumcision. Some say that circumcised penis is cleaner, but I think it’s healthier not to be circumcised. But both look the same when erect.
