a lot of the time i feel like i need to pee...or "move"... can someone please give me an explanation for this...

If you don't know if you've had an orgasm then you haven't had one, it's that simple!

It's pretty unexplainable as theres not really anything else it feels like. It has a buildup (kind of like the buildup you have when you know you're going to sneeze) and then you get a great release of contractions down there. Pleasurable ones, of course.
