| ok so i got my last normal period around the middle end of dec sometime,week of the 22nd i think. had sex pull out method on jan. 6th. had spotting the 22nd and 23rd. in this three days most of it was pink except i had half a day of light red blood to say i filled up maybe half of a tampon, or maybe a full pantyliner. very light. i had very intense cramps that have been on and off for the last 8 days. they feel like my period is gonna start and then they go away. today they were the worst, i was at work, and i couldnt even have my pants on my abdomen the pressure hurt so bad, i was in the bathroom every 10 mins. i put my feet up on a chair and sat there for about 15 mins and the cramping calmed down. then i got some menstrual cramping and that calmed down. i have had on and off nausea and my breasts and nipples are very tender. especially my nipples. i have been very very tired as well. and my face is puffy and my my abdomen is bloated, and smells are getting to me. so i took a pregnancy test around the 27th negative, and i took one yesterday on 29th negative. i called a gyne that i havent seen yet and told the nurse what was going on and she said there is a good possilbilty that i am pregnant and its too early to test. oh i have also been moody either crying or ready to hit someone. im not sure what to think here. the only different thing was i have been excersizing, in 7 weeks i lost 20bls. i told the nurse this and she didnt say anything about it being a factor. so im not sure what to think. i am 36, so i know things change when you get older. |
