it is about breastmilk, what is the difference of foremilk and hindmilk?

Colostrum is the first breastmilk that occurs before lactations begins. It is very high in calories and proteins that raise the baby's immune system.

Foremilk is the milk first drawn from the udder. It is low in fat but it satisfies the babies need for liquids.
Hind milk is what comes after the foremilk. The transition is not really noticable but there's a big difference between their content.

Hindmilk is very rich in fats and calories and it enables the babies growth.

It is important that the baby takes all the milk from one breast before passing onto the second.
