what is spurm consisted of?

Can anybody explain to me what is spurm consisted of? Thx!

Spurm is a fluid consisted of spermatozoa. It is made by gonads which are sexual glands. Semen consists of two parts, the cellular which is spermatozoa and noncellular- seminal plasma. A sperm cell or spermatozoon is the haploid cell and it fertilizes an egg cell in order to form zygote from which a new organism can be created. Sperm cell determines the sex of the baby.
