Hi, I am delighted to say that I am finally pregnant. My husband and I have tried to get baby for two years. Some doctors had told me that I will never be pregnant. But we have managed to override all those difficulties. Now I want everything best for my baby. So tell me what is the best nutritional plan in pregnancy?

I know how you feel. When you became pregnant is like all your life is devoted to this little creature. First you must provide enough calories for your baby throw the fruits, vegetables, whole grains and sweets. It can help you diminish symptoms such as nausea and constipation. Also you must take nutrition that your growing baby need such those with a lot of iron, folic acid and calcium. Be sure to take 6 to 8 glasses of water every day as an addition to juices and soups.
