i would like to know what the most accurate home pregnancy test? i am having really bad pains like period cramps but myperiod ended almost 2 weeks ago. people have been telling me i could be pregnant and i just want to know.

Hi there.. =)

Because your period ended two weeks ago, you would unlikely be pregnant now.. Most likely this would be about the time you should OVULATE... Ovulation can occur with pain and cramping, but it also can occur symptom free...

The best time to take a pregnancy test is the first day you would normally get your period(if you missed it), because it would be most accurate then..

You can also take a "FIRST response EARLY" test about 5 days before a period...

Right now a pregnancy test would show up negative most likely, because around 2 weeks after a period is when you ovulate.
