Hi, I am interesting about meals which are eating body builders. I would like to know what your favorite meal is. I am looking for some good meal for some time already and I hope your suggestion would help me to find meal which is the best for me. Any suggestion is welcome, thank you.

Hi, I may tell you what I eat so I hope it may help to you. Sometimes I eat fish with rice and lemon juice and it is very nice for me. You may also add some spices which you like the most. My second choice is chicken breasts with pasta and tomato syrup. I hope I gave you an idea and you may also combine these foods.
