me and my boyfriend have been trying to have a baby and so far it hasnt worked i was wondering if masturbation lowers a males sperm count?

There are a number of things out there that can lower sperm count, such as caffiene, smoking, exercise, certain meds, illegal drugs, wearing tight shorts, wearing boxers is better, and the list goes on...If hes masterbating before intercourse this too could posibly lower his count as well.....It can take anywhere from a month to a year or so before one becomes pregnant...I would suggest using ovulation prediction kits, this can help tell you when your most fertile days are in your cycle...Wish You lots of luck!!!
